Space to heal, reconnect, & grow.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, or the quiet ache of self-doubt, it can feel like the same challenges keep circling back no matter how much effort you put into changing them. Therapy offers something different: an opportunity to slow down, listen inwardly, and discover the natural wisdom already within you—the part of you that knows how to heal.
Therapy vs. Coaching
While my coaching practice focuses on growth, purpose, and integrating insight into everyday life, therapy provides the depth and structure needed to heal emotional wounds, process trauma, and support mental health within a clinical framework. Therapy may include coaching-like moments of reflection and action, but its foundation is healing and integration from the inside out.

My approach to therapy
Sometimes it can feel like you have to go to battle with what challenges you. But true healing comes from reconnecting with your wholeness and learning to live from deeper steadiness, self-awareness, and care.
My work as a therapist blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic awareness. Together, these approaches help us understand not just what you think or feel, but how your whole system—mind, body, and nervous system—responds to the world.
In our sessions, we’ll explore the parts of you that carry stress, pain, or protective roles and support them in finding relief. Using mindfulness and body-based practices, we’ll create the conditions for your system to settle, making space for clarity, compassion, and confidence to emerge naturally.
